Lori Diamond- President & Alto

​Lori Diamond is an award-winning singer/songwriter and is the Music Director and co-founder of MUSIC INCLUDES.  She has  performed with iconic artists such as Peter Yarrow, Joan Osborne, Amy Ray and many others. She can be found performing throughout New England with her partner, Fred Abatelli and daughter, Anelise Diamond Merrihew. Together, they are sharing their life-long passions for music while advocating for Inclusion. Lori and Fred share a beloved blended family of 5 adult children and two dogs.

Kathy Horelik- Treasurer & Alto

Kathy Horelik lives in Northborough and worked in the energy sector for over 40 years, most recently as the Director of Project Management.  She is now semi-retired.  Kathy joined NACC in 1990, serving as President, VP, Member at Large and Treasurer during her tenure.  She is a mother and grandmother, plays piano and proudly sings harmony, or as she likes to think of it, the alternate melody, in the Alto section.

Meg Latessa- Secretary & Alto

Meg is a retired systems analyst and lives in Worcester, Massachusetts. She spent many years working with various systems as an analyst, developer and trainer. The last 25 years of her career was at UMass Chan Medical School. In addition to the board of the NACC, Meg is also the secretary for the Charlene Ann Foundation which helps people undergoing cancer treatments with funds for expenses not covered by insurance. Meg enjoys reading, singing at church and with the chorus, gardening and house repairs.

David Rose- Artistic Director

David Rose is a music director, pianist, master teacher, and career banker based in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Born in Western Pennsylvania, he has lived and worked in Ohio and Massachusetts, bringing a broad range of musical and professional experience to his work.
He earned his Bachelor of Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music and his Master’s degree from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.  David served as accompanist for the Northborough Area Community Chorus for 24 years (1994–2018), before retiring alongside longtime director Anthony Volpe. In January 2022, he returned to NACC as Artistic Director, leading the chorus into its 50th Anniversary season.

Cindi Rose- Director of Operations, Past President & Alto

Cindi joined the Northborough Area Community Chorus for the simple joy of singing and quickly discovered a community that felt like home. She lives in Shrewsbury and, for more than ten years, has been deeply involved as both a member and board volunteer, serving in a wide range of leadership roles and supporting the chorus through many seasons of growth and change.

Cindi values the way music brings people together to create connection, shared purpose, and a true sense of belonging. She believes deeply in music’s ability to connect people across backgrounds and create a sense of unity. She believes music should be welcoming, accessible, and inclusive, so that everyone feels they have a place. She is also proud to share this community with her husband, who serves as the chorus’s Artistic Director.

​Nicole Reineke- Member At Large & Soprano
​

Nicole is a Senior Distinguished AI leader at N-able and Faculty at Georgetown University specializing in AI innovation. She was the SVP of Innovation at Iron Mountain, Senior Distinguished Engineer at Dell, and Founder/early team at two startups acquired by Citrix and HP.  She has 50 patents (top 1% of inventors of all time), is an Amazon best-selling author of three books, and is a lifelong musician (soprano/piano). 

Nicole previously served as NACC Secretary (2005–2006). She is also the mother of two young adults, a cat, a dog, and spends her time writing, painting, and hiking.

Mary-Lou moved to Northborough in 2020, and soon joined NACC! Music is a valued part of her life and  singing with this chorus does not disappoint.  She is a wife, mother and grandmother to five wonderful children. Life is good!

Paula is retired and lives in Boylston, Massachusetts Professional Career - she worked as a programmer/analyst on mainframe legacy systems in the insurance and mutual fund industries. Hobbies - gardening, reading, and singing in choirs.

Anelise Diamond Merrihew - Kindness Ambassador & Soprano

​Anelise is the pioneering young co-founder of the Inclusive music performance organization, MUSIC INCLUDES. With a robust performance schedule, Anelise is living her best life through music. She also finds great purpose and fulfillment by helping  others through her volunteer work in the local community.  Anelise loves creating art, bowling, and spending time with family, friends and her 2 dogs.

Technical/Sound Engineering Consultant ~ Fred Abatelli

​Fred Abatelli has been cultivating his musical career since childhood. As the founder of multiple successful bands, he has performed on iconic stages such as the House of Blues, the Hanover Theater and the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Fred also offers expertise in sound engineering for professional recordings as well as live events. Beyond the stage and studio, you'll find Fred spending time with partner Lori and their blended family of 5 kids, and 2 dogs. Otherwise, you might see him carving up the road with his bright red Ducati.
